An Absent Presence in Toronto

Absent Presence A Wedding Dress and the Drawings of Sarah Casey opens next week at Ryerson University, Toronto. Read about the exhibition and news on the Ryerson University news pages here>>

The exhibition is curated by Ingrid Mida and features garments from the Ryerson University Fashion Research Centre alongside Sarah Casey's drawings. The exhibition also features a rich selection of archival material, Mida's technical drawings, a reconstruction of the wedding dress dress by Olivia Da Cruz and photographs by Victoria Hopgood.

The exhibition is the first public outcome of Mida and Casey's collaborative project Exqusite Corpses.

The exhibition runs from May 10 - July 5th Tuesday – Friday, 12 – 4 PM
